Wow - tight, lean and long. Like a good white burgundy. Just proves that some good can always come out of a bad vantage. — 9 years ago
Just emerging from a few years slumber as it went through a bit of a 'dumb stage'. Emerges softer, less ball tearing and more complex. I suspect it now has 10 very interesting years in front of it — 9 years ago
This was so super floral when we first opened it; was actually too much. Needed at least an hour to settle at which point it became very enjoyable. Nice line at acidity to balance the sweet raspberry and blueberry fruit characters. Needs 3-5 years I reckon. — 9 years ago
Cracking old(ish) Cab blend out of Sonoma. Was a WineSpectator top 100 and 96 points on release. I think they got it pretty right. Beautiful soft, developed cab characters with a long fresh palate. — 9 years ago
Really solid 'off-dry' style Rizza that never quite climbs to the heights of its German brethren. Bloody good effort though — 9 years ago
Big, generous and smokey. Slightly hot on the finish and not as complex or beguiling as I like in a Pinot. Pinot for the Barossa Shiraz lover. — 9 years ago
I always loved this wine. Cold and wet year was good for the GW Rizza. — 9 years ago
I just love the lifted, expressive nature of these WA Shiraz. Medium bodies with just so much to enjoy. After 7 years in the cellar, drinking wonderfully. Will go another 5 easily. — 9 years ago
Classy Chard from the super cool Henty region. Friend commented that it was 'grand cru like' when I bought it years ago. Fulfilling that potential nicely. Beautiful at this age. — 9 years ago

Mmmmmm, very nice wine in the classic Langi style. You know that when the Cliff Edge is this good, the Langi will be sensational.... Another cracking vintage it seems. — 9 years ago
