Very very well balanced. Low tannins, meduim acidity for an Italian. Super easy to drink ever without food. Slight but kittle pepper and dark fruit - slight leather, but no strong flavours. — 6 years ago

Very light body, low-medium tannin, little acid, slight alcohol. Not much smell tbh. Little bit of spice, little pepper. Little butter taste - whish is interesting.
Great to drink on it's own - probably wouldn't go with any heavy foods. — 6 years ago

Very light and fresh wine. Made from single vineyard. First winemaker to do sauv Blanc in new Zealand.
Not super grass/green pepper and not too high in acidity - overall much more time than most sauv blancs. — 6 years ago

Very weird gwers. Not sweet, more sauv Blanc tart and green pepper slight notes. Pretty much between sauv Blanc and gwers.
Great with creamy fatty foods - the acid eats right through it. — 6 years ago
