Blend of 64% Shiraz and 36% Cabernet Sauv, deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, spice and herbs. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with notes of cinnamon and cacao. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, lively acidity ending with fruit, cedar and herb character. Good value!

With 64 percent Shiraz, the blackberry is strongly apparent on the palate. Inky dark in color. Tannins usually apparent in Cabs is very contained. February 2021.

Lucious juicy ripe red cherry with peppery finish. A bit of leather. Almond. Style is jazz not Classical. Are those blackberries too? Content. What a fine find for Fall and Winter! Holiday guests enjoyed this with mushroom ravioli and cards with chocolates after. Ho and Merry New Year!
