Fascinating wine - adjusting my TN from 4 years ago. This bottle is really developing with a medium good color and prominent aromas of botrytis (ginger, wax, saffron) coking to the front. Oily texture and profile could be a dead ringer for Vouvray sec or even Savenierres.

Really cool stuff here! The #furmint grape is the work horse of Hungary in the dry wines and the legendary #tokajiaszu sweet wines. Completely dry this is really cool salty peaches, apple, honey, fresh lime citrus and a stone like minerality on the long, clean and fresh finish. #garagiste #sushi

My rating has gone up. This golden apple, salted pretzel, white pepper, and beeswax laden wine is fascinating. Oily texture and dry character invites another sip and fools you into thinking it's perhaps Viognier. Front label 2013, back label 2012 ?!?
