With two and a half years of ageing on its lees, this is not a typical Rías Baixas or Albariño. It's rich, creamy, nutty, yeasty, slightly oxidised, and beautiful. Great with fish.

Wow... I've long been curious to try this wine. To the extent that wine and food pairing is a relevant thing to discuss, this didn't suck with conch ceviche.

Hard to not drink this again. Given how Amazingly light and fresh the seafood was, a Txakolina would've have probably been better.

Smooth criminal. 30+ months on the lees, no barrel, all tank. Soft, citrusy, stone fruit, mineral. Both dense and lifted.
