Very nice. I'm always looking for a little more minerality in Chablis, The acidity is mouth-puckering - this is definitely a food wine, but it's a cool arrow to have in your quiver. A very well made wine and an interesting direction for Chablis.

Nose: lime, green apple, a little tight on the nose, some minerality
Palate: saline, good acid, but not too much, nice tart apple finish with some lemon

Classic Chablis profile, with just enough tension and bitterness on back palate. Patrick Puize seems to pull the best of each vintage, even in generic AOC cuvées.
