The nose showed bright mineral-tinged black cherry, rich ginger spice, hints of violet florals and peppery herbs. On the palate, I found tart red fruits and lean tannin on a medium-to-light bodied frame. It finished tart, yet still quite fresh with lingering tannin and hints of blackberry fruit. This is a fresh style for Vulture, yet with a beautiful purity of fruit. #collisioni17

Saddle leather, currants, black berry compote on the nose continue through to the palate. Alcohol is a little too noticeable on this one with heavy tannins. Tannins tell me to wait on this one, but the saddle leather (a la brett) is telling me to drink in the next couple of years.

Perfect food wine. Lots of dried thyme, oregano, mushrooms. Dark stewed blackberries and plum. Perfect acidity to compliment velvet tannin. Bitter finish

Deep ruby with a tinge of purple. Smells of honey and jasmine with underlying strawberries. Tastes of subtle berries and dusty cupboard. Not very acidic but lovely tannins and great mouthfeel. A really satisfying and interesting glass as it is not overpowered by fruit.
