Jan 22nd, 2025Smooth, rich, buttery at the first sip, crisp green apple taste at first, followed by a tart lemony aftertaste. Better to let breath for a bit, rounds out nicely with lightly seasoned white fish (we paired with homemade tilapia fish tacos).

Delicious white with soft and creamy notes, slight hints of apricot, not quite buttery and with plenty of slight mineral presentation. Perfect with foods with spice. I had quesadillas and spicy shrimp and rice dishes while this was open.
