Cuvée des Tireaux Chinon Cabernet Franc

Another prized leftover from #thanksgiving. Really coming together on day three. Another #chinon from #garagiste. Earth, mineral, smoke, dark fruit, sweetness, vanilla, spice, green edges, structure, freshness. Much better with a little air. Still may be suffering from shipment shock. #olek-mery #wine

A bit Bretty but quite tasty.

Earthy saddle leather funk and lively cherry and pomegranate flavors. Light-bodied with soft tannins. Very quaffable Cab Franc.

Bone dry. Clean, almost like porcelain. Very easy to drink at 12.5%. But probably too old. Hint of old raisins.

open 42 hours.....lost its heavy cola cloak and brightened up into something as charming as the label itself.....green fennel, touch of dill, fine herbs galore, falls into bright cherry, bitters, even a little citrus-cola in the back. a great find in the @chambers street shop, and a strong case for judging a book by its cover......

I love this stuff. Tannins, leather, stone. Brilliant with risotto with Calabrian chilis.

This is a very good loire valley chinon. Earthy, herbal, but with some sweet fruit.

Nice wine for a rainy day.

Bretty shit. Baudry should be ashamed to be associated with this shit.
