I haven’t had a new world cab Sauvignon in ages. This maker gets some press as she is working in a former apartheid state, but really this wine deserves kudos: most of all contains tension & a wirey ness that belies its cab Sauvignon credentials. Serious chocolate notes. Drink it on cold room temp side & you will be happy. Good wet winter night wine.
