Pretty rose petal aromas, pure but delicate red berries, long toasty finish. Great local sparkler with crab cakes and a scary movie at home on a Friday.

Fairly deep amber color, subtle sparkler, plush up front, decent acid out, oxidized apple, dried orange peel... a kaleidoscope of savory flavors, seems just next door to dry.

Unripe strawberry and mint like aroma. Juicy mouthfeel upfront that slowly transitions into a tartness. Flavors start at a tart blueberry and morph into a sweet banana. I like how the mouthfeel and flavors juxtapose between what you’d expect as impressions from each other. Couldn’t think of a better sparkling for brunch. Lovely wine, one of my favorites.

2016 Vintage. Current release in 2023. Lovely color, great bouquet with minimal yeast, and easy drinking with sharp cheddar apps and Dungeness crab salad. Loved it. Purchased at the winery during Gail’s BD trip.
