2011 vintage. Fairly aromatic and good color for a decade-old wine. a separation of flavors on the palate tho with the traditional pinot flavors disappearing down the back of the gullet and earthy/dirty flavors (more Bordeaux vs Burgundy) concentrated and depositing themselves just behind the tip of the tongue. Weird. Still, lovable in a "what just happened?" way. 7.29.23.

We had the 2015 Vintage on 11/18-19/20. Wet earth and red fruit on the bouquet. Tastes of raspberry, strawberry and even Chambord on the palate. The tannins were smoothed out. The wine is medium bodied and very good.
