This is the kind of Burgundy that turns people into addicts. Tasting it blind, I thought it was grand cru, and I am grateful that @Jim Westby opened it for us! I found it beety, catnip like, full of voluptuous dark fruit, savory complexity and yet still refreshing and focused. It was extraordinary with our Dijon chicken with nameko mushrooms!
