This is the kind of Burgundy that turns people into addicts. Tasting it blind, I thought it was grand cru, and I am grateful that @Jim Westby opened it for us! I found it beety, catnip like, full of voluptuous dark fruit, savory complexity and yet still refreshing and focused. It was extraordinary with our Dijon chicken with nameko mushrooms!

Got this for a great price and it delivered. Tons of barnyard funk when I uncorks it; worried that it hadn't been stored properly. I poured it an hour later and it was drinking great. Rich and full bodied paired perfectly with our Beef bourguinon. It was the highlight wine for our guest.
