Strange varietals. And aged too. Nice golden hue. Smells like candles and lemons. Maybe some spring flowers too. Easy sippin’ white. Light and simple. Hint o mineral water. Lemon in mineral water. Not much to it, but it’s dry and would be great in the heat.

Serego Alighieri- Possessioni Bianco 2020: Gargano and Sauvignon blanc. Straw coloration. On the nose, brioche, citrus and honey. Ont eh palate, medium body, citrus, honey, buttery. Not too acidic.

Interesting, probably didn't have it with the right food. Liked the blend of rounded fruit from the Garganegra with the Sauvignon acidity.
