On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with citrus zest and bread notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and overdone yeasty biscuit character. Better ones out there.

$44 Grand Cru. Smells super rich and yeasty. Lemony gold color, small bubbles. Peach hits my nose first, then maybe apricot and then croissant. More fruit leading than I expected but an interesting weighty taste. Yum.
