Ripe apple, pear, lemon, raspberry, wild strawberry, brioche and pastry with a beguiling note of spice - clove, cinnamon and vanilla. Dry but Rich and seductive, very mature aromas and flavor with a long finish. Great poise and balance.

Lobster shell in roe with Sherry sweetness and hawthorn flower and hibiscus aromas aswim in brewer’s yeast. Phenomenally complex. White and bing cherries with underripe apricot and strawberry, lime and lime again, lemon pith and oil, chalky lemon juices, and scallop shell. Flavors off the chart with the biodynamic touch!

Shamefully I do not drink much Champagne. This stuff is rock solid. Just the tiniest bubbles. Mostly PN with a splash of Chardonnay. Sea shell, nutty.

Had the 16 last year, and the 17 did not disappoint. Beautiful pear on the nose, with tight bubbles and a clean finish.
