Absolutely love this wine! I don't see enough Sassella in my life... really wish I had more access to it. Sharp minerality and excellently balanced acidity. The consistency of a Pinot noir and the flavour of a Barolo. Super fresh and young, but still the character of an experienced wine. Such a gem.

Quite a nice sunday lunch wine. Typical Nebbiolo nose with red berries and rose petal. Good acidity, lacks a bit complexity & tension. Give it some air. 2010 vintage.

Mid ruby, with lovely blackberry and Victoria plum in the nose. Dry, smooth tannins, lithesome body with attractive dark fruity notes, all completed by a long finish.
