I had a kilo of local fresh Matsutake mushrooms and made risotto with compound truffle butter.

Oct 20th, 2023Nice Nebbiolo. On the nose, I get tart red cherries and bacon (I think). The palate is similar and it went very well with the veal loin chops with rosemary. Yum!
