Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits, sweet spice and blossom notes. On the palate flavors of rich apple and citrus with notes of spice, vanilla, nutty oak notes and yeasty mineral. Vivid acidity, medium+ finish, ending with complex depth and persistence. Very nice!

Very crisp and balanced. I had it with a cup of she crab soup and it was perfect.

White pear and apricot with toasted almond and a delicious baking spice lilt made this perfect to start aperitif hour with toasted baguettes and epoisses! Very approachable but pleasantly multifaceted; wonderful with or without culinary accompaniment.

The nose was all bay water while the palate was like the ocean.

Not dead yet, but for sure very deep into maturity.

Most would think it's shot, but that acidity and the subtle notes of dried fruits and minerals.

Much better than the 85'. This was a real treat. Notes of sherry, light mushrooms, vanilla and clove. Still alive and kicking but at the tail end of its beautiful evolution. Thanks Gence for bringing this one

A nice acidic, mineral taste- begging for muscles.
