Palate is somewhat austere on open. Very focused early season cherry. Not huge magnitude. Better on open than the 16. As it opens (5 minutes) richer. Some cherry cough syrup. Very good acidity and brightness.
Very good with food.

May 31st, 2021Decanted for an hour or so. Showed fairly well at first: solid fruit with just a tinge of age, soft tannin, moderate acidity. Then it fell off a cliff! All fruit disappeared after about another hour. Sad.
