It's been a while since my last Retsina so I actually enjoyed this one.
Way more refined and less sappy (almost Jura-like?) than I remember this style of wine from Greece.

This wine is def interesting. This wine was fermented in amphora with pine resin. It very much tastes like pine, making it hard to concentrate on the other nuances of the wine. I need some more time to get used to this wine-making practice but for now I’m truly on the fence.

Wanted to like this for than I did. The funkiest most out there wine I’ve ever tasted. Actually couldn’t finish it. Aromas and flavor of what I imagine Pine sol to be like. Menthol, strong herbal flavor, off dry. Definitely not for me, not to say others might not enjoy is though.
