Fresh apple on the nose, creamy texture on the palate with lots of fine bubbles, hints of mineral apple and pear with a dry finish. Served with "Shrimp Baha Corn and Bean" sauteed jumbo shrimp, poblano peppers, cilantro, tomatoes, whole corn, black beans and limes with heat from plenty of crushed red pepper.

Bone dry and aromas of mostly orchard fruits and brioche. Cava always the best value bubbles.
