Amazing. Juicy, youthful fruits: sweet berry, dried hibiscus, and blackberries. Lovely tannins and a wash of dark chocolate on the finish. Excellent on its own, but also highlights salty cheeses, richer sauces and proteins. — 2 years ago

Straightforward brunello with a softer side. We let it breathe for an hour or so, to find it fully open, subtle, and well balanced. Fresh soil, grass, toasted tobacco, and underripe dark blackberries and raspberries. Would drink it again if offered, but not our favorite in its price range by a mile. — 2 years ago
