Vintage 2015 | What a treat! Made from Chardonnay, Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parraleda with 42 months sur lie. Expressions of pear, anise in smell, clearly develops flowery aroma’s in smell in the glass. Three words for the taste: elegance, refinement and finesse. Paired it with scrambled eggs for Sunday breakfast and will accompany Spanish mussels au gratin in the afternoon. Yummie. — 3 years ago
Colour is as black as night with a crimson rim. A little reduction stink on the nose with earthy burnt cinders. On the palate intense red and black fruits of raspberry, mulberry and black plum. A wine from a warm climate in Cotes du Rouissillon. With time more sweet raspberry fruit on the palate. Mainly Syrah with some Grenache and Mourvèdre. Carries its 15.5% ABV with ease. — 6 months ago

This wine makes pretty bubbles which don’t last too long, so enjoy them while they are here. The very pale sparkler offers a nose which carries floral notes along with citrus and minerals. The palate is very dry and loaded with minerality and lemon-lime fruit flavors. It comes off more like a “serious” sparkling wine than a “fun” Prosecco, but there is plenty there to please both camps. — 3 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — 10 days ago
