Gorgeous blackberry, boysenberry and floral notes mix with black cherry and hints of charred sage and a touch of earth that linger with powdery tannins in the finish. Fantastic acidity. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a dollop of Viognier from the increasingly legendary Shake Ridge Ranch.

This needed a day to really hit its stride. Just kept the cork in on the counter. Tons of fruit from blackberries, cherries, also a bit of stone fruit. Some herbs, stone, and just a touch of flowers. It really is well balanced. This seems like a Beaujolais-CDP love child. Amazing for the climate this comes from.

Boysenberry and blueberry and chopped herbs all have a sweet / saline juiciness that grabs you by the scruff of the neck and says, no really, have another glass. Really.
