Gold in color. Sea salt, *salinity*, *reduction*, ripe Meyer lemon curd, minerality, ripe yellow peach, yellow mealy apples, dried apricot, nutmeg, allspice, hints of saffron!!, LONG FINISH on salinity and minerality. Elevated acidity, some phenolic bitterness. Full body. Richness on the palate.

Lemon custard, slight nuttiness, crushed rocks, focused, great acid.

Very good!! 50% oak coming through and the power of the fruit stands up to the extended ferment. Still crisp and mineral but with breadth.
