At Vientiane Café with crew 6-19-24 and what a terrific wine for the food. Amarone from Pino just so a couple dishes but this worked all around. Leftover lasted days. Classic straw minerals acidic backbone and long finish.

This changed a few times over the course of 90 minutes. Eventually resulting in a very delicately perfumed wine with lime, white flowers, nectarine, and petrol. Medium acidity. Lighter texture on the palate. Great value, $65 on list
