I’m not sure if I tasted this blind I’d guess it’s a Chard. Pale straw color, light bodied with apricot and lemon and a tangy but balanced acidity. A touch of oak gives it depth but not butter. Wow!

Isole e Olena 'Collezione Privata' Tuscan Chardonnay, wow! Both cool & extremely delightful. Honied apricot, tangelo, toasted almond, marzipan cookies & perfectly cooked pancakes. Love.
