Almond. Marzipan. Nutty. Better w time in glass.

Pear, lime zest, nutty. Crisp. Good mousse.

Rather disappointing- especially for such a lovely label! :-) Weygandts wine. Hyper-fizzy, not in a good way. Linear and flinty but without body or fruit. It Got crosswise with prosciutto, hummus, and pecorino cheese. Seemed to pair well with potato leek soup tho. Update: some time benefited the wine greatly. Much more character, perhaps as the bubbles Diminished.

Needed a little time in the glass, but really enjoyed this wine.
