I'd have preferred a bigger mousse when the wine was as dry and biscuity as it was - just a little something to liven it up.

last night's bedtime invention: leftover rosé Henriot Rosé Brut NV (gorgeous notes of cherry, silky texture, mouthwateringly crisp finish) #Champagne drizzled in black cherry Chobani.

Champagne Brut Rosé tasting chez Corison Martin last night. First of the New Year. This was my favorite, tasted blind. Pink/ salmon color, delicate fruit, yeasty richness, tart balance. Value.

Very dry initial impression with pleasant hints of strawberry and raspberry in second wave. Pale pink color. Well worth it for low $50s retail.
