Celebrating the 2020 election results. Very dark brick color. Supple medium–full bodied. Dark tar and good dried roses and thyme. Prune, cocoa, juicy red fruit. Maybe a little less mellowed and more full than other 2013 we’ve had? Anyway, delicious. From Flatiron Wines.

What a color, pale garnet! Tar and leather on the nose... so much dark fruit (cassis) on the front palate, still tasting very young! Not as vicious tannins as you would expect from a Barolo. Very good balance of tannins and fruit flavors. This is another beauty from Kermit Lynch.
