Yellow /gold color 2016 vintage (nice amount of age on it lemon/ apple -seems full Malo here buttery, toasted bread ( lees contact ) nice medium bodied wine great with roasted chicken nice barrel fermented Chard

A supremely well balanced Napa Valley Chardonnay which dances on the line of freshness and richness. Aromas & flavors of lemon zest, apricot, clove & baking spices with a solid backbone of acidity across the palate and med/long finish. A perfect pairing with seared salmon and lemon parmesan roasted broccoli! [11/15/23] ($37)

Grgich is a quality, consistent pour - most of all, I’ve had it thru the yrs & shared those memories w/ my girls. I guess I should rate the wine (9.2) but the nite was a 10. Keep in mind that all these wine ratings are more dependent on who we happen to be consuming with & the occasion.
