Fantastic NZ Sauv Blanc! Attractive light green; gooseberries(!), grapefruit, clean apple cider, with a faint hint of green peppercorns, cooked sage, and line zest; stunning acidity and tightrope balance. Could drink this every day! Absolutely fantastic with grilled lobster and monkfish.
