Big and rich on the nose, this wine sits dark in the glass. While it showed nice fruit and a touch of barrell spice it seems to be going through a quiet phase. The finish was brief as a result. Still a great pairing with filet mignon. Happy memory with this bottle. — 5 months ago

What an excellent drink. Light in color, but big in every other way! The mushroom and Earthy flavors play so well with the fruit here. Tight upon opening, but well structured it was a great pairing with a filet mignon. This is the best wine I’ve had this year!
