What an excellent drink. Light in color, but big in every other way! The mushroom and Earthy flavors play so well with the fruit here. Tight upon opening, but well structured it was a great pairing with a filet mignon. This is the best wine I’ve had this year! I was happy to celebrate a 35 month anniversary with the love of my life, my girlfriend, Jessica, and our two amazing and beautiful kids, Kallie and Kai.

This is like drinking a CC from an average or down vintage. Dried sour cherry with decent spicy and earthy elements. Quite lean on the palate. Not something I would expect from the great ‘16 vintage.
