Plush peaches and strawberries and stones and white pepper, and it goes down with greenery. Quite good. New World ripe but not overly so. Refreshing fun I wish I saw more Cap Classique around..

I’ve had this previously from a bottle bought at the winery where it performed way better.
I’m wondering if there’s a difference in what hit US shores...or perhaps this bottle was from a different batch?

Well it’s not Champagne but it’s delicious enough for tonight since I probably won’t make it to midnight! I’ll be celebrating the new year by watching old seasons of Game of Thrones and will be in bed before midnight so Happy New Year!! 🥂🍾

Not really into champagne but I can go for a glass every now and then. I'd definitely prefer this rose over a standard bubbly any day.

Non vintage dated. Rose color with aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Very dry, with strawberry and raspberry flavors. Medium acidity. Fine bubbles
