Honestly, for $15, I don't think you're going to find many better bubbles. Restrained, complex, delicious.

Nice light silvery salmon color. Intense strawberry, cherry and raspberry aromas and flavors. Hint of purple flowers. Touch of minerality on the finish. Vibrant acidity along with a creamy mousse and texture effervescent bubbles. Quite brisk refreshing! Excellent QPR.
