Salinity, minerals, crisp acidity and rich fruit. This develops nicely with time and I’m sure will age well.

This is 100%Carricante, a beautiful indigenous varietal that was a perfect match to the sushi I enjoyed. White florals, perfect balance of minerality and acids. A tremendously long finish.

Pale gold. Medium nose with lemon, white peach, and melon with saline/mineral/slate. Full body with a oily texture. Lemon, green apple, honeydew, and white flowers. Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium finish dominated by the saline/minerality. Strikes me as a Sauvignon Blanc citrus profile with a Viognier body and hint of Viognier tropical angle, though this isn't really an aromatic wine.

Disappointing Etna Bianco considering its high price. Hardly any vanilla or cream flavor, but more citrus with a sour finish. Okay but not worth the price.
