Green apple, lemon, honeysuckle and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Slightly sweet on the initial palate, but acidity clears out any sugar and this finishes dry. Love the complexity of flavors and dryness. Medium finish. — 6 years ago
Nicely robust and full bodied for a Gamay while also refreshing and enjoyable. Mix of blackberries and ripe plums along with dark cherry, strawberry and a hint of cinnamon. Had slightly chilled with amazing Nomad Pizza in Princeton on a hot summer day. Perfect! — 6 years ago
Was really looking forward to this wine, given the hype, but way too much Brettanomyces for my taste. Barnyard aromas overpowered most of the fruit on the nose, and palate was similar. Very silky and smooth, but not a lot of intensity or completely...or fruit. Meh. — 5 years ago
Just purchased...a lot of nice green and tropical fruit aromas/flavors and medium body...but already showing signs of being oxidized with some strong hazelnut notes. Too young for that to be happening, IMHO. Natural? — 5 years ago
Seemed a lot more like a Loire Cabernet Franc than a Beaujolais. Lots of green notes on the nose and palate. Meduim intensity with notes of green bell peppers, brussel sprouts, black licorice and unripe blackberry. Medium, drying tannins and finish. — 6 years ago
Fantastic wine. Same tasting notes as my prior post. — 6 years ago
Very enjoyable wine. Medium intensity on the nose. Aromas of lemon, unripe white peach, lemongrass, wet slate. Similar notes on the palate with a hint of lemon custard. Medium body. Medium plus acidity. Medium finish. — 5 years ago
Very light on the nose. Lemon, green apple, slightly unripe white peach with a hint of creamy essence. Mouthwatering acidity. Medium finish. Very nice and enjoyable but not very complex. — 5 years ago
Purchased back in the good old days of wine deals in 2009, from Last Bottle (I think). Medium plus on the nose with lots of stewed dark fruits and vanilla. Similar palate flavors but great acidity to keep it somewhat fresh. Medium plus finish. A bit high on the alcohol. Very nice but probably would have enjoyed more a few years earlier when it may have had more primary fruit flavors. — 6 years ago

Medium intensity on the nose with aromas of plum, dried black fruit, clean but wet earth, clove and vanilla. Medium body. Medium plus acidity. Medium tannins, very smooth and drying palate on the finish. Dried black fruit, blackberry and a hint of mushroom. Long finish. Really enjoyed!!!! — 4 years ago
