Fun wine for the price. Wild fruit, hint of toast, berry spice, earth, med bodied and somewhat soft tannin. Good food wine.

Jan 14th, 2014Deep purple in color; plums, blueberries, and cigar box on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, plum sauce, and graphite with a medium finish. Nellie likes it. I like it too. I'd like the fruit to hang out a little longer on the pallet, but it's very good.
