Very light pale yellow, star bright. Very light and set on the nose- toasted honey, vanilla, white flowers. Toasted honey, oak, vanilla on the palette. A very oaky/California style of Chardonnay, but with a 15-20sec finish and none of the dry mouth you see with an oak bomb. Delightful with our pesto clam pasta!
