Lemon cream, orange blossom, some mango on the nose. Really nice lemon cream, mandarin orange zest, some spices linger. A nice oil like coating finish. A nice one that will age very well with a considerable amount of sweetness and bright acidity.

At the end of its life but still kicking. Just starting to turn but still providing intense sweetness followed by acidity in the finish, but the finish is just starting to lose its oomph. Perfect with Chicken Vindaloo.
