I was optimistic but this was rather thin.

Sipping Fine Wine

Pale lemon color with aromas of white fruits, floral and wet stone aromas. On the palate flavors of apple and peach, lively acidity. Long finish ending crisp with mineral and sweet honey character, great now!

Extremely pale straw. Tightly focused on the nose, displaying racy green apple and orange zest qualities and a smoky mineral overtone. Tight and nervy in style but not lacking for depth to the juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors. Finishes chewy and long, with lingering mineral and citrus zest notes. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, September 2020)

I was drinking this when my crush and I took it to the next level. Conversation wise! From small talk to real talk.

2013 a good bit better than 2012. Floral lime nose, sweet-tart lime palate, decent weight with a mineralic component, lime finish.

Fairly simple as Oregon Pinot Gris goes, this wine has a pineapple nose with crisp apricot and pineapple on the palate and a spicy finish.

Imagine biting into the freshest ripest most beautiful Granny Smith apple.. that’s the fruit on this wine. Add some flinty minerality, little bit of lemon zest and wham a baseball bat worths of acidity. Gorgeous pinot Gris. Bravo Foris.

Blinding Whites blind tasting virtual class! Very pale yellow pour (the tell for me), tree fruits on the nose and slight smoke and beeswax aromas. Dry, medium body, medium acid, tree fruits come through and some lingering minerals. Alsacean style Pinot Gris, and very tasty!
