Excellent Riesling. Flinty mineral nose with hints of lemon peel. Palate is electric with a round rich texture. Beautiful texture. The age really created a rounder palate with lots of balance that paired wonderfully with delicate white fish sashimi — 9 months ago

Big rich pinot with some finesse however very heavy handed on the new oak. First note is vanilla. Like bottle of vanilla extract vanilla. Lots of beautiful pinot character is hidden underneath the oak. Of course this is super young but I feel like the other bottlings are lighter on the oak usage. Harping on this but I was slightly disappointed. Not bad whatsoever but my expectations were a lot higher for this. — 3 years ago

Super fun skin contact (orange) wine from Sicily. Toasted nuts and burnt orange zest explode out of the glass. On the palate, prickly tannin zesty acidity and a long complex finish. Super fun getting lots of oxidized notes from these skin contact bottles. Really pairs with a lot of foods in particular spicy ‘nduja pizza 🤌👌 — 3 years ago

Dark black fruit, still fresh acidity but on the more screwy black fruit with some tart red in the background. As it opens the oak takes over a bit but creates a lovely structured mouth feel and bouquet. Cedar, pencil shavings, anise, tobacco room. Really dynamic red — 2 months ago
