Riesling Smaragd Bergdistel

Excellent Riesling. Flinty mineral nose with hints of lemon peel. Palate is electric with a round rich texture. Beautiful texture. The age really created a rounder palate with lots of balance that paired wonderfully with delicate white fish sashimi

I was not impressed not enough acid.
