Florent made unreal 15’s. If you missed out because 15 is “low acid” you will be crying. This is as fresh as the 14 but gets it from insane minerality and good acidity. Beautiful richness and purity and finish that does not quit!

Palate it ripe and rich with terrific minerality and wonderful purity and freshness. Almost a chewy density. Long finish. Perfectly integrated oak. Electric acids and mouthwatering finish. This is profound.

Needs an hour to open up. The has great depth and concentration. Lasts for about an hour. Then more tropical. Better in a year or so I'd guess but still great now. Bought from fass selections.
