A classic Southern Italian wine made from a grape varietal that should be more mainstream in my opinion. Bright golden color. You can smell the salty sea air in this wine! Other aromas include pears, peaches and apricots. Plenty of minerals and wet stones are also present on the nose. The fruits (apple, pear, peach and apricot) taste more cooked on the pallet. Touch of fresh herbs, beeswax and spices as well. Minerals are also very present. Medium plus body and lively acidity. Nice texture and complexity. Excellent!
