May have been the best aromatics of the day. Peach and apricot on pop, some green qualities in the mouth-cut grass maybe. More herbal and serious than a pure poolside drinker. Thank you @Mike R for opening your country club to us heathens. Please put all the damage claims on the Underhill’s account.

This was very closed at first and evolved in the glass. Grapefruit, lemon and candied pineapple on the nose. The palate is somewhat restrained with flavors of tropical fruits with some bitterness (pith?). Strong acidity and a very crisp finish. While good now, I think this will be better with some more time perhaps. Will revisit.

2013 : Left a girl (6 mos since last bttl) and came back a Musqué-scented goddess. I so wanna be Favia SB when I grow up...

Favia. Intensely focused, high tone aromatics, midpalate heft, grace abounds.

Apricot, peach, basil. Bright and balanced even at a higher abv. Yum!

I loved it on release, and thought it would age well too. I was wrong, as this already shows signs of evolution and not at all positive.

13' Favia Linea Sauvignon Blanc. This bottle keeps evolving. In just one year the fruit is coming out. The acidity/acid has subsided. The stone fruits are apparent. The palate is also full of melon & honeydew. A crisp finish. Pairing this with a multitude of different foods. Nice bottle!

Very pleasant SB from @FaviaWines. I particularly enjoy its lemon oil mouthfeel and its generous texture. Very much like a #Bordeaux #Blanc. Thanks Annie and Andy!
