2017 Favia Oakville. Amazing wine, maybe the best ‘17 Napa I’ve had. Fantastic nose, loads of ripe purple and blue fruit, solid minerality, full bodied, big fruit, tannins silky and smooth, structured perfectly, drinking very well right now with 45 min decant. Nice floral nose. Cherry liquor up front. Some black, blue and red fruit all show as it evolves in glass. Really opens up nicely and smooths out to a delicate mouthfeel. Decant 30 min. Tannins nice and silky and supple. Good full finish. — 4 months ago

Give it some time to open up and this wine will sing! Gorgeous black fruit aroma. Blackberry, dark plum, dark fruit, dark chocolate, graphite. Solid structure, will age for a couple more decades for sure. But this wine is drinking very well, though I may lay my other bottles for another couple years at least. Wonderful wine!
