Nose lemon zest, cardamom? Relative dark almost orange in color. Unfiltered, cloudy. Very unique. Needs a lot of air. Prominent minerality. Apricot pits with an undercurrent of blue cheese. Very long. Difficult to find. Very much a wine geek wine. "Experts Only?"

Grapefruit and lemon zest. Some tropical notes as well. Explosive as usual. Acid and mineral galore. Terrific. Long finish. So pure.

Perfectly paired with local prosciutto crudo at Eastern Standard Boston! Apples perfums! Really fun!

Funky nose that tells me this needs some serious air. After 15 minutes it is all minerals and some citrus skins. The color is almost yellowish/orange. The palate is insanely refreshing and pure. Citrus fruits galore but oh so delicate. Very grapefruit dominant but also tangerine etc. Lovely balance and freshness. Elegant. Really elegant. A lot to love. 13 was more powerful and this is more nimble.

Tangy, a little tropical/orange peel, and a nice hint of mineralogy. Really well done

Co-fermented graubergunder & weissburgunder. Hazy with some mild skin contact. Can't stop drinking it because I'm not sure I like drinking it. But I like drinking it enough not to stop drinking it.
